Sales at EB Games

It’s been a while since EB had sales on Pokemon TCG products.

They aren’t mind boggling but still decent.

WOTC Wednesday

Featuring Dragonite from 1999’s Fossil set.

Dragonite 4/62 Illus. Kagemaru Himeno

It took 3 sets to feature the pseudo-legendary on a card.

Base set had Dratini and Dragonair, so where was the stage 2 Pokemon?

Similar case for Pidgeot and Gengar.

Maybe it was a marketing plan.

Price is sort of holding itself.

Dragonite is quite popular, but being part of the 3rd set in the series and not the first means it won’t fetch stupid high prices.

If you can find a holo in NM condition (NM condition heavily varies on seller opinion), it could cost around $300AUD.

The 1st Edition Holo reaching a total of 4,301 graded at PSA.

PSA 10 totals at 225.
