So looking at the set list above, these Pokemon will receive illustration rares:

• Cleffa

• Larvitar

• Houndour

• Scizor

• Varoom

• Pidgey

• Pidgeotto

• Lechonk

And these will be the only special illustration rares (which have all now been revealed):

• Eiscue ex

• Charizard ex

• Revavroom ex

• Pidgeot ex

• Geeta

• Poppy

Sadly this means that Tyranitar, Absol and other popular Pokemon won’t be receiving any special arts in this set.
