The collection will include a full art Gyarados ex, a reverse holo Magikarp, a magnetic card protector with display base, 65 card sleeves featuring Tera Gyarados, six booster packs, and a code card.

Not much has really changed.
Kyogre should be the same, right?
It has actually gone up in price?
Hmm.
I thought they would be very tight together in price.
But.
With the recent rise of waifu cards I want you to look very closely to determine what makes the Kyogre EX card hold its value over Groudon EX.
